We cover the new Paul McCartney documentary MAN ON THE RUN, out on Amazon Prime, which covers the Wings part of Paul's post Beatles era. Among other things, we hear Paul's motivations behind founding Wings, the emotional struggles after the end of the Beatles, thoughts about John's angry statements about Paul, his marriage to and relationship with Linda, musical decisions of many of his best known songs, his reaction to John's death and more. Overall it's a compassionate look that's surprisingly honest, given that Paul is an executive producer. The panel largely wanted more depth, but also enjoy what's here.
