About this episode
MeidasTouch host Ben Meiselas reports on how Trump boasted that Putin offered to mediate the issues in Iran before Trump ordered strikes against Iran. Trump has claimed he rejected the idea of mediation. Meiselas explains why the outcome of Trump’s intervention in Iran seems to have helped Russia and China and Iran the most and Meiselas interviews former DOD official Chris Meagher on his assessment on the objectives in Iran and the consequences. So did a mediation or negotiation with Putin actually take place? You decide.
