About this episode
Stephen Sackur speaks to former Haitian Prime Minister, Laurent Lamothe. In the latest lurch toward chaos the president Jovenel Moïse was assassinated earlier this month. Who ordered the hit is not clear but a protracted struggle for power seems certain.
