About this episode
Jordan and Garrett talk with Brandon Jones about baptism. They cover topics like: What is the difference between an ordinance only and sacramentalist baptist? Should we use the term sacrament? Why or why not? Is sacramentalism a baptist doctrine? How does covenant theology aid a theology of the sacraments? Why do contemporary baptists not often tie baptism to covenant theology? Should we be okay using the terminology of sign and seal as baptists? What counts as a valid baptism? Should we accept those baptized as infants into membership?
