About this episode
Last week, the Second Circuit Court of Appeals in New York City heard oral arguments in a civil lawsuit brought by families and survivors of September 11th terrorist attacks. The families allege Saudi government officials provided assistance to the 9/11 hijackers. The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia denies any involvement. Last year a lower court rejected Saudi Arabia’s efforts to have the case dismissed. FOX’s Tonya J. Powers speaks with Brett Eagleson, president of '9/11 Justice', who says he is confident that the three judge panel will decide to allow the lawsuit to proceed.
