Det. Sgt. Mike Morgan’s testimony gave jurors something different from a reconstruction of the scene: Caleb Flynn explaining the night Ashley Flynn died in his own recorded words. Prosecutors played two voluntary interviews Morgan conducted with Flynn. Morgan testified that he responded to the home, walked through the scene and garage, and observed Ashley deceased. He said the garage side door showed damage, but testified that it did not look consistent with forced entry. Morgan asked Ohio BCI to assist.
