Welcome to a new month, and with it, a new Monthly Medicine! Our theme for October is Magic as Refuge. This is a twisty, windy, snake-like, slow roll of a month. It is a candle slowly burning, tea slowly steeping, giving way to itself as we traverse it. We are invited to reclaim and deepen into whatever we feel is rooted in magic, or feels magical in our lives -- as medicine, as refuge. We are invited to get tender, vulnerable, truthful, to bring our whole heart and soul to our relationship with that magic, to really ask for what we want and are hoping for.
